Advised Wolt, a leading European internet marketplace for food delivery, on its growth investment by ICONIQ Capital and Highland Europe

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Wolt on a $130 million growth capital raise led by ICONIQ Capital.

Wolt is a Helsinki-based food delivery service with operations in 15 countries and 50 cities, serving food from over 5,000 restaurants to homes and offices. The new funding will support international expansion. Other investors in this round include Highland Europe and existing shareholders 83North, EQT Ventures and Lifeline Ventures.
