Arma Partners advises Bowmark Capital on its acquisition of Totalmobile

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Bowmark Capital on its acquisition of Totalmobile, the UK’s leading independent Field Service Management software provider.
 
Headquartered in Belfast and employing more than 220 staff, Totalmobile has over 700 customers and 250,000 mobile-workforce users across the public services (government, local authorities, health and emergency services), facilities management, transport and infrastructure sectors. Totalmobile’s cloud product suite is used to increase field-based workforce capacity, deliver operational cost savings, enhance compliance assurance and improve end-customer service quality. Totalmobile has delivered strong growth over the past few years and has continued to perform strongly this year despite the global pandemic. Totalmobile has also transitioned to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model with 70% recurring revenue and completed four highly successful, complementary product acquisitions.
 
The partnership with Bowmark Capital provides significant new capital for further investment which will enable Totalmobile to accelerate its significant growth and realise its ambitious future plans. With additional investment focused on R&D, sales and marketing and larger-scale acquisitions, Totalmobile aims to continue to establish itself as the UK market leader by entering new verticals and enhancing its acknowledged FSM product offering.
