Arma Partners advises EcoOnline on its NOK 3.77 billion recommended cash tender offer from Apax Partners

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it is acting as exclusive financial advisor to EcoOnline, an Environmental, Health & Safety SaaS company listed on Euronext Growth (OSE ticker: ECO), on its recommended cash tender offer by Apax Partners.

The cash offer of NOK 22.75 per share implies a 68.5% premium to the previous day’s closing share price for a total consideration of approximately NOK 3.77 billion ($401 million). The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and other conditions.
