Arma Partners advises Five Arrows Principal Investments on its acquisition of SUCSEZ Group

The SUCSEZ Group (which is being renamed Heilbron) is a leading tech-enabled insurance distribution platform in the Netherlands, focused specifically on the small/medium sized enterprises and corporates. The company has grown rapidly and now operates from 12 locations across the Netherlands, with over 500 employees and more than €60 million in revenue.

With their technology expertise and extensive network throughout Europe, Five Arrows Principal Investments will support SUCSEZ’s growth both organically and through consolidating a highly fragmented market.
