Arma Partners advises Holidu on its $45 million growth capital raise led by 83North
Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Holidu on a further $45 million Series D growth capital raise led by 83North. Other investors in the round include Prime Ventures, coparion and EQT Ventures, as well as other existing investors.
Munich-based Holidu is a leading technology company in the vacation rental industry and produced strong profitable growth despite the crisis impacting travel over the last 12 months. Holidu is active in 21 countries with its search engine that combines more than 15 million vacation rental offers from over a thousand travel sites and property managers. Under the Bookiply brand, the company also helps vacation rental owners to secure more bookings with less effort through a software-and-service solution. The new funding will enable Holidu to further accelerate the profitable growth of its vacation rental search engine and the expansion of its vacation rental software business with Bookiply.
