Arma Partners advises Namirial on its sale to Bain Capital

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as financial advisor to Namirial, a portfolio company of Ambienta, on its sale to Bain Capital. Namirial’s founder Enrico Giacomelli and the management team led by Max Pellegrini will retain a significant stake in the business.
