Arma Partners advises Pollen Street Capital on the partial realisation of its holding in Aryza

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Pollen Street Capital on the partial sale of its holding in Aryza to Macquarie. Macquarie will become a joint shareholder in Aryza, alongside Pollen Street Capital and the management team. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
