Arma Partners advises RAM Tracking on its sale to Kerridge Commercial Systems

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to RAM Tracking, a portfolio company of H2 Equity Partners, on its acquisition by Kerridge Commercial Systems, a leading global ERP and business management software company, based in the UK and backed by CapVest Partners LLP. 

Headquartered in the UK, RAM Tracking is one of the largest and fastest-growing specialist providers of fleet and workforce management software solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, with operations across the UK and North America. 

H2 acquired a majority stake from the founder in 2020 and has since worked alongside management to support the continued growth and development of the business. RAM Tracking’s growth strategy focused on enhancing its tracking and camera offerings with an expanding suite of complementary SaaS solutions. Significant investments were made in RAM Tracking’s sales, marketing and R&D capabilities, further accelerated by two highly complementary bolt-on acquisitions. 

KCS will support the next phase of RAM Tracking’s ambitious expansion plans, helping it execute its strategy of providing mission-critical solutions to a growing number of SMB and Enterprise customers around the world.
