Arma Partners advises Talentsoft on its proposed sale to Cegid

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Talentsoft on its proposed sale to Cegid, a Silver Lake portfolio company. The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities and customary works council consultations.

Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Paris, Talentsoft is a cloud-native European leader in Human Capital Management (HCM) software with 2,200 customers active in 130 countries. Talentsoft leverages an open HCM platform with powerful talent management, learning and core HR capabilities to enhance the employee experience while adjusting to cultural, linguistic and regulatory requirements of HR management across Europe. Led by its co-founders, the company currently employs more than 600 staff in 15 offices.

The transaction brings together two European SaaS leaders, offering their customers best-in-class software and sustained product innovation. The combined company will generate revenue of more than €600 million of which cloud revenue represents more than 80%. The proposed acquisition will position Cegid as one of the European leaders in HCM software solutions by expanding its product portfolio and strengthening its footprint in Europe.
