Arma Partners advises Teamleader on its sale to Visma

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Teamleader on its sale to Visma. 

Founded in 2012, Teamleader is a leading provider of SaaS work management software for small and medium enterprises, allowing customers to handle CRM, quotations, invoicing and project management through a single user-friendly platform. The company serves more than 13,000 organisations across Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain and Italy, and handles over 10 billion Euros worth of invoices that flow through the company’s systems on an annual basis.

The combination with Visma will allow Teamleader to meet the increased demand for its software, innovate faster and accelerate its growth ambitions. Teamleader will continue to operate under its own brand and with its current team of 180 employees as an independent unit within the Visma group. 

This transaction underscores Arma Partners’ track record of successfully orchestrating cross-border strategic exits for SaaS category leaders.
