Arma Partners advises the shareholders of Linkbynet on its proposed sale to Accenture

The transaction is subject to approvals by the relevant regulatory authorities and customary works council consultations.

The proposed acquisition will significantly enhance the global capabilities of Accenture Cloud First, a multi-service group of 70,000 cloud professionals within Accenture, with Linkbynet contributing deep cloud and engineering specialisation, managed services, sophisticated technology tools and cybersecurity intelligence.
