Arma Partners advises Totalmobile on its sale to Five Arrows and DBAG

Totalmobile provides field service management software to approximately 900 organisations across public services, healthcare, property, facilities management, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors. The company’s technology enables over 500,000 mobile workers to deliver essential frontline services more efficiently by increasing field-based workforce capacity, reducing costs, delivering better customer service, enhancing compliance and improving staff engagement.

During Bowmark’s ownership, the company has tripled revenue and EBITDA by expanding its product offering across the field service management value chain, completing four acquisitions and growing internationally in the Nordics and Australia. With the support of Five Arrows and DBAG, the company will accelerate its international expansion, further enhance its product and service offering, and continue building a differentiated global field service business.
