Arma Partners advises Vermeg on the sale of its RegTech division to Regnology

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Vermeg on the sale of its RegTech division (“Agile”) to Regnology.

Vermeg was founded in 1993 and provides software solutions to over 500 blue-chip clients in over 40 countries across the banking, insurance and wealth management industries. Vermeg, alongside Charterhouse Capital Partners, has driven the successful development of its RegTech division Agile via significant investment in products and technology, resulting in a scalable, best-in-class and future-proof modular SaaS platform that covers the entire regulatory reporting value chain.

The Agile division will team up with Regnology to strengthen its offerings and broaden its international reach. Regnology’s stronghold in Europe will be complemented by Agile’s leadership in the UK and its expanding presence in APAC and North America.
