Arma Partners advises Virtual1 on its sale to TalkTalk Group

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Virtual1, a portfolio company of BGF, on its sale to TalkTalk Group.

Founded in 2007 and headquartered in London, Virtual1 is one of the UK’s leading wholesale providers of software defined, high bandwidth, network services to a customer base of resellers, service providers and international carrier partners.

The combined business will benefit from Virtual1’s unrivalled automation, sophisticated API technology and leading-edge portal experience. The acquisition will offer TalkTalk Group enhanced capabilities in its wholesale platform and increased scale.

Virtual1’s Founder and CEO Tom O’Hagan will continue to lead the business as part of the TalkTalk Group.
