Arma Partners advises Visma on its NOK 4.65bn sale of Admincontrol to Euronext
Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Visma on its NOK 4.65 billion ($437 million) sale of Admincontrol to Euronext (ENX.PA), a publicly listed global market infrastructure group. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory clearances.
Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Oslo, Admincontrol offers a leading governance and secure collaboration platform providing mission-critical board management software and transaction management solutions. The company enables effective decision-making processes and collaboration for over 4,000 clients and 200,000 users. Since joining the Visma Group in 2017, Admincontrol has consistently delivered double-digit annual growth and has established a leading position across the Nordic region and in the UK.
Visma is the largest privately-owned software business in Europe and a leading provider of cloud accounting and ERP solutions to small and medium sized businesses. After a period of significant international expansion, the company is currently present in 33 countries with €2.8 billion ($3.0 billion) in revenue and 16,400 employees. Visma continues to be focussed on creating value through organic growth and accretive M&A and will use the proceeds from the sale of Admincontrol to pursue its core M&A strategy.
The acquisition of Admincontrol will deepen Euronext’s presence in the Nordic region and in the UK and is an important milestone in Euronext’s strategy to scale up its SaaS business and broaden its capabilities with state-of-the art governance solutions.
