Arma Partners appoints Candice Elsmore as Chief Operating Officer

Arma Partners is delighted to announce the appointment of Candice Elsmore as Chief Operating Officer for the firm, effective immediately.

Candice joins Arma Partners as Chief Operating Officer following a distinguished career in the Investment Banking sector, most recently at Goldman Sachs in London where Candice held the role of Chief of Staff for the EMEA Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) and EMEA Cross Markets Group (CMG) groups. In her role, Candice was responsible for strategy, talent development, diversity and inclusion as well as assisting with risk and governance. Prior to this, Candice was an investment banker in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division in London.
