Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as financial advisor to Advent International on the strategic growth buyout of its portfolio company Unit4, a global leader in enterprise cloud software for people-centric organisations, led by TA Associates. Partners Group will invest alongside TA Associates as a minority shareholder. Advent International, the current majority shareholder in Unit4, will exit its stake in the company. The transaction, valued at over US$2 billion, is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
