Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Arrow Business Communications on the sale of Growth Capital Partners’ shareholding to MML Capital Partners.

Arrow is a leading provider of business communications, IT and energy services to UK customers. The transaction follows the highly successful partnership with GCP, which enabled the business to complete eight acquisitions, nearly triple earnings and double the employee base, whilst adding significant further scale and expertise in cloud telephony, energy and IT services. MML is investing in Arrow to support its next phase of growth and transformation. The business will progress its ambitious growth plans as a leading buy-and-build platform and continue to expand its product range and technical capabilities.

This transaction highlights Arma Partners’ deep expertise in the rapidly consolidating business communications landscape and track record of advising leading private equity firms. The transaction is an important milestone in the sector, where the transition to cloud telephony and the creation of integrated platforms of scale continue to drive M&A activity.
