EfficientIP serves more than 1,500 customers worldwide across sectors including financial services, telecommunications, energy, retail, education and the public sector.
Francisco Partners will support EfficientIP’s next phase of growth by helping the company further strengthen its leadership position in DDI and DNS security, accelerate product innovation, expand its international footprint and continue investing in customer success and go-to-market capabilities. As organisations modernise increasingly complex hybrid, multi-cloud and AI-enabled environments, Francisco Partners brings significant experience scaling global infrastructure and cybersecurity software companies and will work closely with EfficientIP’s management team to support the company’s strategic ambitions.
This landmark transaction is Arma Partners’ 11th in France since January 2024, underscoring the firm’s strong track record in the French technology market and continued momentum in cybersecurity.
