Livingbridge will reinvest alongside Insight Partners and Farview Equity Partners as a minority shareholder to retain equity exposure to the growth of the company under its new ownership structure.

Since the launch of its cloud offering in 2015, the company has experienced rapid growth and expanded into new markets whilst receiving numerous industry awards.

The capital and strategic operations support provided will enable Exclaimer to invest in product innovation, go-to-market channels and international growth to strengthen its position as the most adopted email signature solution globally and help underpin Exclaimer’s vision to be the global standard for centralised brand consistency for digital business communications.
