Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Rohlik on its $120 million Series C capital raise. The round is led by Index Ventures, with participation of existing backers including Partech.

Headquartered in Prague, Rohlik is one of Europe’s leading online grocery delivery businesses with revenue exceeding $350 million in 2020, serving 750,000 customers across the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria.

Following its $230 million B round in March, the funding will enable Rohlik to further expedite its investments in developing the best proposition for customers, deploy tech innovations and accelerate international expansion.
