Brian has over 35 years’ experience in the technology sector. Previously Brian was a General Manager at Snow Software following the acquisition of Intelligent Licensing Corporation, a company that he was Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder of. Prior to that, Brian was Chairman of MaxID Corporation, Managing Director at Arma Partners in Palo Alto, California, Managing Director and Global Technology Strategist at Deutsche Bank, Senior Vice President and Senior Equity Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers, and Vice President and Senior Equity Research Analyst at Cowen & Company. As a top-ranked equity research analyst, Brian participated in over 40 IPOs and secondary underwriting transactions that raised more than $5 billion for software companies. Brian has authored over 100 whitepapers on a wide variety of enterprise technology subjects over his career. Prior to his work on Wall Street, Brian was a software engineer and entrepreneur and co-founder of two software companies — Virtual Combinatics and GlobalStream Corporation.
Brian holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Quantitative Science from Boston University.
