Richard has over 20 years experience as a HR Director in the financial and professional services sectors. This includes senior HR roles with NatWest, CB Richard Ellis and Barbon Insurance Group. Most recently he has supported businesses in growth mode focusing on talent management, staff engagement and leadership development.

With a BSc Hons degree from the University of London, Richard has Post Graduate diplomas in Human Resources and Career Counselling. As well as his HRD role, Richard is an accredited Employment and Workplace Mediator.
