Tal holds an LLB in Law from Reichman University, a MA in Diplomacy Studies from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin.
Prior to joining Arma Partners, Tal spent one year as a Senior Consultant in Compliance and Regulation at Ernst & Young and over three years as a legal advisor and lawyer at Katz in Tel Aviv.
