Advised BluJay Solutions, a provider of supply chain software and services backed by Francisco Partners, on its strategic minority investment from Temasek, valuing the company at $700m

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as financial advisor to Francisco Partners on the strategic minority investment in BluJay Solutions from Temasek, an investment company headquartered in Singapore. The transaction values BluJay at approximately $700 million and, combined with the recently announced financing facility, gives the company access to over $500 million of capital to pursue its strategic ambitions. Francisco Partners will continue to control the company and together with Temasek help BluJay management accelerate growth, extend solution capabilities and further internationalise the business.

BluJay delivers supply chain software and services to the world’s most progressive retailers, distributors, freight forwarders, manufacturers and logistics service providers. The company has approximately 1,000 employees and serves over 7,000 customers worldwide.
