Advised Matillion, a provider of cloud-native data integration tools, on its $20 million growth investment by Sapphire Ventures and Scale Venture Partners

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Matillion Limited in securing a $20 million growth financing round. Investors in the round include Sapphire Ventures and Scale Venture Partners, as well as existing investor YFM Equity Partners.

Matillion is a developer of cloud data integration tools. Matillion ETL for Amazon Redshift, Snowflake and Google BigQuery are leading data integration tools for cloud based analytical databases and have been built from the ground up to be cloud native.

The company serves over 250 customers, including global corporates, such as GE, Siemens, Citrix and Accenture, as well as high growth, data-centric companies like Vistaprint, Zapier, DocuSign and Upside Travel, across 30 countries through offices in Manchester (UK) and New York (USA).
