Arma Partners advises Bynder, a leading global digital asset management SaaS platform, on its sale to Thomas H. Lee Partners
Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as financial advisor to Bynder on its sale to Thomas H. Lee Partners (THL). As part of the transaction, THL acquired Insight Partners’ stake in Bynder.
Bynder is a global leader in Digital Asset Management (DAM), with headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and major office hubs in Australia, Spain, UAE, the United States and the UK. Since its foundation in 2013, the company has grown to a $100m ARR business with 500 employees and serves 1.7 million users at nearly 4,000 brands across the world. The company’s powerful, intuitive and deeply integrated DAM SaaS platform unifies and transforms the creation, management and distribution of marketing assets. Its scalable, cloud-native platform provides the company’s customers (such as Spotify, Puma, Five Guys and Icelandair) with mission critical solutions to optimize their digital solution offerings.
Partnering with THL will accelerate Bynder’s growth by enhancing its ability to support brands overcoming the complexity of proliferating content and enabling exceptional content experiences.
This transaction further underscores Arma Partners’ continued leadership position in marketing technology and consistent track record of successfully orchestrating transatlantic transactions for European headquartered SaaS category leaders.
