Arma Partners advises Grupo Aire on its sale to Ardian

The business’s portfolio of scalable wholesale and enterprise communication and cloud services, powered by proprietary software, has created a highly differentiated market position in the Iberian communications market.

The investment from Ardian will support the next stage of Grupo Aire’s ambitious growth plan and will strengthen its position as a Southern European communications services leader.
