Arma Partners advises Montagu on its acquisition of ITRS Group

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as financial advisor to Montagu Private Equity on its acquisition of a majority position in ITRS Group, a leading global provider of real-time monitoring and analytics software, from TA Associates, who will remain a minority holder alongside Montagu and management. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Founded in 1997 and headquartered in London, ITRS has transformed from a European, single product provider to the capital markets industry, to today offering a comprehensive product suite serving over 3,000 customers across a range of industries, including capital markets, telecommunications and healthcare.

The acquisition builds on Montagu’s proven track record of partnering with management teams and investing in leading businesses providing mission-critical solutions to their customers. Montagu will support the ITRS management team in its vision of becoming the “single pane of glass” for IT monitoring for the enterprise customer.

This transaction further underscores Arma Partners’ deep expertise in infrastructure software and capital markets software, having in particular advised WebPros in 2019 and smartTrade in 2020, and consistent track record of successfully executing landmark transactions on behalf of leading Private Equity investors.
