Arma Partners advises on the sale of Mobiliz, a leading cloud-based telematics service provider in Turkey, to GPS Bulgaria

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that, together with its Turkish affiliate Alpacar Associates, it acted as financial advisor in respect of the sale of Mobiliz, a portfolio company of Mediterra Capital, to GPS Bulgaria.

Headquartered in Turkey, Mobiliz offers telematics solutions for vehicle tracking, mobile video recording and camera tracking. Its solutions are used by more than 15,000 customers. Mobiliz’s platform is capable of handling 500,000 units and generates more than 300 million new anonymous data points every month.

This transaction positions GPS Bulgaria as a regional leader in telematics in Central Eastern Europe with more than 400,000 installed units. GPS Bulgaria will also benefit from Mobiliz’s established development team, which will serve as GPS Bulgaria’s regional hub for R&D activities.
