Arma Partners advises Pacific Fund Systems on its sale to Apex Group

PFS, a portfolio company of Pollen Street Capital, is a specialist accounting and administration software provider that fully supports, through a single platform, the administration of open and closed ended traditional and alternative funds, including hedge funds and private equity investment vehicles. The software is used by more than 4,000 individual users at over 100 clients managing $1+ trillion of assets.

The acquisition of PFS further enhances Apex Group’s technology offering by delivering a single-source solution which improves administrative efficiencies, implements essential controls, and manages clients’ operational risk.
