Arma Partners advises Sentia on the sale of its Benelux business to Accenture
Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Sentia, a leading European cloud services company, on the sale of its Benelux business to Accenture (NYSE:ACN).
Headquartered in the Netherlands, Sentia, with approximately 310 cloud specialists and more than 500 certifications, provides cloud advisory and delivery services spanning public and hybrid cloud strategy, cloud transformation and migration. The company’s main cloud control and optimisation services include hybrid cloud managed services, digital experience monitoring and cloud infrastructure migration. Sentia also offers unique digital experience monitoring services which analyse, track and predict enterprise applications and cloud services from an end user’s perspective.
Sentia will enhance Accenture’s Cloud First capabilities which provide end-to-end cloud infrastructure services across the cloud continuum of public, private and sovereign clouds. Completion is subject to customary closing conditions. Sentia’s Danish activities are not part of the transaction scope, and will continue under the Sentia brand as one of the largest independent hybrid cloud services providers in the Nordics, supported by, among others, Waterland Private Equity as shareholder.
This transaction further demonstrates Arma Partners’ depth and experience as the leading specialist advisor to the world’s most important public and hybrid cloud services companies and continues our strong track record of selling leading cloud services assets to global strategic buyers seeking to strengthen their cloud platforms.
