Arma Partners advises Xempus on its $70 million growth capital raise

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Xempus on its $70 million Series D growth capital raise. The round is led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management with participation from existing investors HPE Growth and Cinco Capital.  

Headquartered in Munich, Xempus is a leading European SaaS platform on a mission to digitize the sale and management of pension and life insurance for insurers, agents, corporates, and employees.  In Germany, the Company connects over 18,000 insurance agents, 60,000 corporates and the leading life insurers, recording more than 100,000 new policies sold via its platform per year. 

The funds will help broaden its market leading offering in Germany, add new product verticals, and roll out the platform in additional European countries.
