Arma Partners named Europe’s leading Corporate Finance House
Arma Partners is delighted to announce that last night it was named as the European Corporate Finance House of the Year, for the third time in the past four years, at the Private Equity Awards 2023, Europe’s longest-running and most prestigious awards ceremony for the European private equity industry and its wider ecosystem.
The award follows Arma’s recent announcement of a third consecutive record financial year (FY to March 31st 2023), despite a backdrop of slowing global M&A activity and a downturn in public tech sector valuations.
Arma was previously named European Corporate Finance House of the Year at the Private Equity Awards in both 2020 and 2021. This third success in four years, while competing against corporate finance advisory firms that cover a wider range of sectors, is testament to how central the Digital Economy has become to Europe’s private equity firms, as well as to Arma’s consistently excellent track record over a four-year period characterised by dramatic changes in market conditions.
Paul-Noël Guély, Founder and Managing Partner of Arma Partners, said: “We are very proud to have once again been recognised as Europe’s leading financial advisory firm to private equity investors and the companies in which they invest. The European private equity industry has come a long way in its attitude and thinking towards the wider technology sector over the 20 years since Arma was founded. With the Digital Economy now fundamental to most European private equity firms’ success, we are extremely grateful for the trust placed in us by our valued clients.”
