Arma Partners wins TMT Finance M&A Advisor of the Year 2019 award

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that Paul-Noël Guély, the firm’s Founder and Managing Partner, was named TMT Finance M&A Advisor of the Year at last night’s TMT M&A Awards Dinner 2019, which celebrated the most successful TMT M&A leaders, deals and dealmakers of 2019.

As founder, Paul has spearheaded Arma’s growth and evolution in tandem with the global technology ecosystem. Starting in 2003 with four employees in London focused on software M&A, the firm has rapidly evolved its corporate finance advisory practice across the ever-expanding global Digital Economy, acting as trusted advisors to investors and businesses throughout their corporate lifecycle.
