Offsite
Each Summer the firm organises a three day offsite in beautiful locations across the world. It’s a truly special opportunity to connect with your colleagues outside the office. This year, the team visited Iceland and engaged in exciting activities including a snowmobiling tour in the Langjokull Glacier, a visit to the Þingvellir National Park, the Geysir Hot Spring, the stunning Gullfoss Waterfall and the Blue Lagoon. Past offsite’s activities included quad biking and sailing in Tenerife and helicopter riding in Gstaad.
Team events
We host quarterly team events in a variety of top London venues, including a fabulous Christmas dinner to mark the end of the year. It’s a great opportunity to get to know work colleagues in a relaxed and social environment outside the office.
Wellness week
Each year Arma participates in Wellness & Wellbeing week, with the aim to promote wellness in the workplace for its employees. It is designed to incorporate various wellness elements, such as fitness, mental health, mindfulness, nutrition and general wellbeing. We incorporate new activities and sessions every year to engage our employees and hope this will encourage them to continue to make positive changes to their lifestyle.
Diversity
Our team is truly international and diverse reflecting the extremely global nature of the work we do. Well over 70% of our deals are cross-border and during any given work week our employees will be on flights criss-crossing European capitals and regularly flying across the Atlantic to work on live transatlantic projects.

Headquartered in The Shard on the penultimate business floor of this iconic London building, we enjoy sweeping 360 degree views over the entire city. The bright open plan lay-out with glass partitions embodies a culture of transparency and collaboration. With Borough Market and Bermondsey at the foot of the building, we overlook one of the most vibrant quarters in London.
