Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as financial advisor to Five Arrows Principal Investments on its acquisition of SUCSEZ Group, a leading Dutch insurance distribution platform.

The SUCSEZ Group (which is being renamed Heilbron) is a leading tech-enabled insurance distribution platform in the Netherlands, focused specifically on the small/medium sized enterprises and corporates. The company has grown rapidly and now operates from 12 locations across the Netherlands, with over 500 employees and more than €60 million in revenue.

With their technology expertise and extensive network throughout Europe, Five Arrows Principal Investments will support SUCSEZ’s growth both organically and through consolidating a highly fragmented market.

This transaction highlights Arma Partners’ deep expertise in the InsurTech sector and track record of advising leading private equity buyers.

-Five Arrows Principal Investments (FAPI) is the corporate private equity business of Rothschild Merchant Banking

-Based in London, Paris and Luxembourg, FAPI’s investment professionals manage €2.8 billion of capital focused on investing in lower middle-market companies in Western Europe

-Core sectors are healthcare, data and software, and technology-enabled business services with the composite picture being one of companies with recurring, predictable and visible revenues and cash flows
