Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has provided financial advice in connection with the acquisition by Kofax, a provider of intelligent automation software, of Tungsten Corporation PLC, an AIM-listed software company.

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in London, Tungsten is a global provider of electronic invoicing and accounts payable automation solutions, digitising the invoicing process and improving workflow automation for its customers.

The acquisition of Tungsten will augment Kofax’s invoice processing and accounts payable automation solutions and provide significant growth opportunities by cross-selling products and leveraging Kofax’s customer footprint, geographical reach and operational infrastructure.

This transaction further underscores Arma Partners’ continued leadership position in enterprise software and track record in advising in public-to-private transactions having also recently advised on the sale of EcoOnline to Apax.
