This transaction represents a significant milestone, reinforcing SoftNext’s position as a leading software consolidation platform, and supports its long-term growth strategy and ambition to expand across core European markets.

Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Paris, SoftNext has rapidly become a prominent consolidation platform in the software sector, employing over 600 people and generating revenues exceeding €100 million. The company offers mission-critical solutions across telecom & media, leisure, retail, healthcare, and real estate verticals, complemented by horizontal capabilities in experience management, communication, and accounting software.

Alongside Groupe Baelen, which remains the majority shareholder, and the management team, Perwyn will support SoftNext’s buy-and-build strategy, drive operational excellence initiatives, and facilitate continued investment in product innovation and business integration, accelerating its next phase of growth and value creation.

This landmark transaction is Arma Partners’ 10th in France since January 2024, for a total value of approximately $12bn, highlighting our strong track record in the French software market, alongside our deep expertise in supporting entrepreneur-led businesses through transformative capital partnerships.
