Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Rohlik Group on its $230 million Series D round led by Sofina, with participation of existing shareholders including Index Ventures and founder Tomáš Čupr. Arma Partners previously acted as exclusive advisor on the Series B and Series C, raising in aggregate over $550 million.

Rohlik Group is Europe’s leading full basket online grocery delivery business. The company operates in Prague (rohlik.cz), Budapest (kifli.hu), Vienna (gurkerl.at), Munich, Frankfurt (knuspr.de) and will be soon launching in Hamburg, Milan (sezamo.it), Bucharest (sezamo.ro) and Madrid (sezamo.es).

 Rohlik Group offers its more than 1 million customers fast and precise delivery, great value for money and a uniquely large assortment combining well-priced private brands, locally sourced goods from small farmers and producers and top international brands. 

Proceeds of the fundraise will be used to accelerate tech innovations, including automation of fulfilment centres, electric mobility, and further expansion in existing markets.
