Jonathan joined Arma in 2023. Previous experience includes administrative roles in general practice, within the NHS. He is currently pursuing certifications in COMPTIA Network+, COMPTIA Security+, CCNA and becoming ITIL certified (foundation). His skills include configuration, management and support of the desktop, mobile, and cloud infrastructure.
