Joined Arma in March 2019. Pregeshni is an experienced compliance professional, with more than 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Her areas of speciality include regulatory change management, conflict management, governance frameworks, compliance controls and market abuse frameworks as well as training and regulatory transaction reporting. Prior to Arma, Pregeshni was the Senior Compliance Executive at FirstRand Bank. Prior to this, she held senior positions at both Nedbank and Thomson Reuters.

Pregeshni studied Law at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa and is a qualified South African Lawyer.
