Joined Arma Partners in 2012 and co-heads M&A execution at the firm. Jan previously spent eight years at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for M&A execution and coverage of communications and media companies in the Nordic region, the UK and Ireland. Prior to that, Jan spent 5 years in the investment banking division at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Jan is an experienced M&A practitioner and has advised on over $180 billion worth of M&A transactions in the digital economy.

Jan holds an MSc and BSc degree from the London School of Economics and a CEMS master’s degree in international management.
