Founder and Managing Partner of the firm. Paul has for nearly 40 years executed corporate finance transactions for established Technology companies and emerging leaders. With Arma, Paul has spearheaded the firm’s expansion from 4 people at inception to c.130 employees today and a £100m+ turnover business which is now leader in its market. He has also led about a third of the firm’s c.300 announced transactions, with a focus on Software & Technology deals.

Prior to setting up Arma, Paul trained as an M&A banker with Morgan Grenfell & Co. (now Deutsche Bank) and then held senior positions, including Head of European Software & Services and Head of European Technology Investment Banking, for Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs.
