Joined Arma Partners in 2009. Eric is responsible for Arma’s Media, Internet, Data and Information (MIDI) practice. He has over 30 years’ M&A and corporate finance advisory experience with particular expertise in B2B data and events, online price comparison, eMarketplaces and online travel.
Prior to Arma, he was Managing Director and Head of European Internet at Jefferies. Eric was also previously a founder of LongAcre Partners, Principal at Broadview and Vice President at JP Morgan. He began his career in New York with Prudential Investment Corporation, investing in the media and information sector.
Through his career, Eric has completed transactions involving AOL, Expedia, General Motors, IHS Markit, Informa, ITV, ProSiebenSat.1, Rakuten, Schibsted, Scripps Networks, Thomson Reuters and Vivendi, amongst many others. In addition, he has strong relationships with leading global growth and private equity investors.
Eric holds an MA Hons in Economics and Fitzpatrick Scholarship from Queens’ College, Cambridge University.
