Prior to joining Arma Partners in 2019, Broor held multiple roles at J.P. Morgan, most recently leading its private placements and growth capital business for EMEA clients, where he focused on growth funding, structured private placements and cross-border minority private equity transactions. The corporate transactions in over 20 countries on which he has advised have raised over $10 billion of private capital from investment firms globally for entrepreneurs and companies including Yandex, Rocket Internet, Pension Insurance Corporation, Deliveroo, Uber and Auto1. Previously, as an M&A banker, Broor advised on successful mandates for clients such as Siemens, KKR and DSM.

Broor holds an LL.M. and M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and London Business School through a joint degree programme.
