Joined Arma Partners in 2014. Has over 15 years’ experience in CMT investment banking, advising on over $10bn worth of global M&A transactions in the technology sector. Previously worked for Capital Strategy Corporate Finance, a technology M&A advisory boutique in London, where he advised companies like Sage, Altran, CGI, Capgemini and Computacenter, and began his career in investment banking with Lehman Brothers in London. He has also previously worked in engineering roles in the US, Japan and India.

Rohit holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
