Joined Arma Partners in 2025. Prior to joining Arma Partners, Sergey spent three years in TMT Investment Banking at Bank of America in London and three years in Tech & Tech-enabled Services M&A at Raymond James in London. Sergey began his career at JEGI Clarity in 2016.
Sergey holds an MSc in Finance from Imperial Business School and a BSc in Mathematics Operational Research Statistics and Economics from Warwick University.
