Joined Arma Partners in 2025. Previously, Sophia advised private equity firms and portfolio companies on exit strategies and cross-border buyouts. With over 15 years of sell-side experience, Sophia also founded and successfully exited a SaaS-based international franchise network that spans eight countries. Sophia’s work has been recognised with two business awards, and she has been endorsed by Tech Nation as a Global Talent.

Sophia holds an Executive MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
