Joined Arma Partners in 2021. Miguel has advised on numerous M&A transactions, notably in the areas of software and financial technology. Prior to Arma, Miguel held positions at Jefferies, GP Bullhound and SmartFin Capital.
Miguel holds a BSc in International Economics, Management and Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
